You can use Kha Channel without an account. Lessons and your progress stay on your device. If you sign in, a small amount of data is stored on our server so your progress and ad-free status follow you to another device.
You can sign in with Google or Apple. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth, which stores your email address and a user ID for us. We do not receive or store your password.
In your profile we store: nickname, avatar, country, a referral code, ad-free expiry date, and when you last opened the app.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to choose ads. Where the law requires it, a consent form appears and you can choose non-personalised ads. Premium removes all ads.
iPhone / iPad — the monthly subscription is sold through the App Store and managed with RevenueCat. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details. We store only whether your subscription is active.
Android — there is no in-app purchase. Payment is made on this website by bank transfer or PayPay. When you send the transfer screenshot we store your email address, the amount, your note and the screenshot until the request has been checked, and then turn ads off for your account.
Lessons, the dictionary, quiz progress, theme and language settings are stored in your device's local storage. Uninstalling the app removes them. They are not sent to us.
Kha Channel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time from khachannel.com/delete-account.html, or by emailing us.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
Kha Channel はアカウントなしで使えます。レッスンと学習の記録は端末の中に保存されます。 サインインした場合のみ、別の端末でも学習記録と広告オフの状態が引き継げるよう、少しの情報をサーバーに保存します。

iPhone / iPad — 月額サブスクリプションは App Store で販売し、RevenueCat で管理します。 決済は Apple が行い、当方がカード情報を見ることはありません。保存するのは購読が有効かどうかだけです。
Android — アプリ内購入はありません。お支払いはこのウェブサイトで銀行振込または PayPay で行います。 振込のスクリーンショットを送っていただいた場合、確認が終わるまでメールアドレス・金額・メモ・スクリーンショットを保存し、 確認後にアカウントの広告をオフにします。
レッスン・辞書・問題の進捗・テーマや言語の設定は端末のローカルストレージに保存されます。 アプリを削除すると消えます。当方に送信されることはありません。
Kha Channel は 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、意図的に子どもの個人情報を集めることはありません。
khachannel.com/delete-account.html からいつでもアカウントと保存データを削除できます。 メールでのご依頼も受け付けます。
変更した場合は、このページと冒頭の日付を更新します。
